2012 SouthEast
LRIG Vendor Registration

We hope you can join us for
our 15th annual Technology Exhibition which will be held on March 22, 2012 at
the Sheraton in RTP, NC.

The exhibition will start at
11am and run until 3:00 pm with setup starting at 8 am.

Setup:

Booths will be 10’x 8’ and
include drapes, piping, one table, 2 chairs, and electricity. We will provide
standard exhibit tables. If you need sturdier tables, you will need to make
other arrangements.

Booth assignments:

Booth assignments will be made
2 weeks prior to the show and will be made available on the
website (Please note final
location is subject to change). Booths will be assigned priority based on Food
sponsors and then by payment received date (postmark on envelope). Booth spaces
are $650 and Food Sponsorships are $650. Registration is based on a payment
received basis.

Shipping Equipment:

If you plan on shipping
equipment or other material to the meeting, please contact Aimee Uhrig at
Southern Exhibition Services to make arrangements: 1-800-882-7469 

The Sheraton will NOT accept
packages sent to the hotel.

Any small boxes requiring
shipping at the end of the meeting can be shipped through the Sheraton Business
Center providing they are packaged, labeled and made ready for shipping. The
hotel or LRIG does NOT accept any responsibility or liability for boxes or
materials left on the property.

Payment Options:

We are currently offering two payment options:

Payment by Check – Please
contact Eric Herr to pay by check and receive an
invoice via email.

Refund Policy:

Our cancellation policy is:

  • Cancellation prior to 30
    days before the meeting, full
    refund (less processing fee)
  • Cancellation prior to two
    weeks before the meeting, 50% refund (less processing fee)
  • No refunds for cancellation
    within two weeks of the event

Spread the Word:

To help us help you, please inform
all of your customers about the show, especially those at Universities and small
Start up companies. A flier is available for emailing or print distribution.
