Recipe For Success:
One of the most powerful things you can do as an exhibitor is to advertise
your attendance to your customer list. Please consider helping us spread the
word about this meeting and LRIG by sending details of the meeting and your
participation to your clients.
Registration:
The exhibition space is open again! We added another section to
the exhibition space. You must be registered and
be confirmed to be an exhibitor. Do not just send a check without
confirmation. Registration and confirmation are done through:

Now that the exhibition space is filled, you can let Dave know to put you on
the waiting list in case there are any dropouts.
Payment:
Multiple booth spaces may
be purchased. The booth fee for this exhibition is $515.00.
There is a 3% discount when paying by check or money order. The check
or money order in the amount of $500.00 for each table should be made payable

Alternatively, the money may be wired directly to our bank account.

We also accept PayPal payments, where you may pay by credit
card or from a PayPal account. There is no discount when using PayPal, so your total will be $515.00. Just enter your company name and then click on the PayPal link below.
Prize Drawings:
There will be several
drawings from the registration list. Any prize contributions gratefully
accepted. This is a great way for your company to increase visibility. Donated prizes will be listed on the web site
and at the registration table with the
donor's information. We have an on-line registration service at
<https://www.lab-robotics.org/member/meetings.asp?rid=1>. You must register on-line to win the door prizes!
Refund Policy:
* Cancellation prior to two weeks before the meeting, 50% refund.
* No refunds after that unless we have a paid vendor who wants to take the
table, then 25% refund.
Attendee List:
Name and address of attendees will
be provided to exhibitors in electronic format.
Table Assignments:
Exhibit spaces are assigned by the LRIG committee. Assignments
are made in the order of when
payment is received. This means that the better locations will go to
exhibitors who send payment early.
Set Up:
Exhibitors will be able to set up as early as 9:00 AM.
Table Specifications:
6' by 2.5' table with drape.
Electrical:
We will provide a single 115 volt electrical outlet for
each table. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to bring
extension cords and outlet strips to supply any additional needs. 208
volt outlets may be arranged for at an additional cost. Contact
Gail Crawford <[email protected]> for any
special arrangements beyond the provided single 115 volt electrical outlet. Important: It is the exhibitor's responsibility to provide sufficient
surge suppression to protect their equipment, as well as to bring extension
cords and outlet strips to supply any additional needs.
Audio visual equipment:
Audio visual equipment may be rented from the hotel or from local providers.
Drayage: No special drayage services for this exhibition.
