JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Regional Sales Manager is a key player who directly interfaces with Customers, other Sales Managers, and the home office to drive technical sales and support for our innovative laboratory solutions.

The successful candidate will accurately forecast and achieve quota objectives, prepare and deliver effective multi Million dollar proposals and presentations, collaborate with and direct the activities of the Field Applications Specialists, actively participate in key capital equipment deals, strategy, execution, and building customer and external parter relationships, and set performance criteria, including pipeline, account penetration and activity levels. Candidates will have a proven track record of managing sales and exceeding sales goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
>BA/BSc or equivalent in Life Sciences

>4 years of biotech or equivalent sales experience selling laboratory automation

>At least 5 years of sales experience with capital equipment, and the ability to grasp scientific terms and concepts.
