Mercour Small Automated -20C Freezer?

I am looking for a small automated freezer to integrate to a CRS robot system. It has to have a capacity in the range of 12 racks (similar to REMP stbr96 tube racks). I heard of a company called Mercour that can provide such a system, but I can't find any information on google etc.

Anyone ever hear of this company called Mercour? Or an automated freezer that can get down to -20C and hold around 12 (or under a hundred!) racks.
