Increased anti-spam measures

The spammers continue to harass sites like ours. We've added manual approval of new accounts to the existing reCAPTCHA human readable only and email verification for registration.

If your email address is not obviously a real person's account we may ask for further identification. This should help keep the spammers off our community site.
