Performed system upgrades and downgrades per customer requests. Assisted with special projects in the integration of third party devices. Performed Field Service Engineer duties which included the installation, repair, calibration and preventive maintenance at customer sites. Traveled with in the United States and Canada, as well as foreign countries for Hamilton business.

Maintained service inventory, to ensure parts reorder points were set to reflect usage. Ensured electronic components were properly packaged and stored to maintain ESD compliance.

Calibration and repair of VOR/ILS signal generators, Air Data Test Sets, pulse modulated RF, DME, meters, frequency counters, RF signal generators, O-scopes, attenuators and various test panels manufactured by Collins, JCAir, Linaire and Bendix. Operated mobile calibration lab, traveling to avionics shops and FBO in the 48 states providing on-site calibration services for general and line test equipment.
