Provided technical support for OEM customers and Field Service Engineers on Hamilton robotic systems. Evaluated customer requests for field service calls and relayed instructions to the field. Supported Field Service Engineers at customer labs with technical advice. Provided parts information and proper use to OEM and Field Service Engineers. Assisted customers with Return Material Authorizations for factory repairs.

Certified Instructor / Product specialist on ML Starline, ML FAME and ML AT instruments. Provided onsite training for OEM service personnel. Instruction included software use, firmware compatibility for various instrument configurations, preventive maintenance procedures, fault detection and error handling.

Repair, calibration, service of Micro Lab Star, Micro Lab AT/ATPlus2 robotic pipetteing instruments and the Micro Lab FAME microplate ELISA processor which includes plate incubation, plate washing, reagent dispensing, photo metric evaluation.
