RTS Life Science International is a global leader in robotized automated pharmaceutical systems. Truly international, the company works with blue chip clients to assist their drug discovery programs. Successful projects have been completed across a wide application base encompassing pharmaceutical research, genomics, proteomics and drug discovery.

The RTS range includes Automated Compound Stores and Retrieval systems, High Thru put Screening platforms, Liquid Handling systems, Dose Measurement systems etc.

The Role : Customer Support

As our client base continues to grow, we need to recruit a number of experienced personnel to provide client support services such as proactive and reactive maintenance, installations and training; also to assist clients by upgrading and enhancing complex, multithreaded software control systems.

Candidates will have a relevant Degree in Engineering coupled with commercial experience of VB6 Visual C++ in an MFC environment.

Ideally candidates will have a number of years experience in a similar role and have ands on?experience with mechanical and electrical control systems as well as relevant process knowledge.

The role will involve travel locally and throughout the USA, with occasional visits to the company headquarters in Manchester, UK. The duration of visits can be from single day to multiple week and candidates must be prepared to respond rapidly to client demand.

High self-motivation,customer focus, business acumen and excellent communication skills are necessary to work with clients face-to-face.

These positions are based in the Newark, NJ and Chicago/Indianapolis areas and these positions provide an excellent opportunity to develop and build on existing abilities.
