Research Associate

We require an enthusiastic graduate or suitably experienced person with a background in a biological science (preferably biochemistry), to join our drug discovery team. This team is responsible for setting up and running high throughput and secondary screening programmes directed against carefully chosen antifungal targets (identified from F2G novel platform technology/through collaborations/bioinformatics etc.). The post holder is required to work well in the team environment, be innovative in the application of the varying scientific concepts, suitably adept in the practical work. They must be able to plan/organise/prioritise work loads/work well under pressure and have good oral and written communication skills.

The role provides an excellent opportunity to develop current and new skills, promoting both personal and career development.
