CONTROLLER: Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent required with a CPA and a minimum 10 years business experience, including at least 5 as a controller or equivalent position in a technical industry with **manufacturing **
* Public company and SEC reporting experience required. *Manufacturing experience and strong knowledge of cost accounting concepts required.
*ERP/MRP systems experience required *systems implementation experience preferred.
*Life sciences/biotech/pharmaceutical/Mfg. exp. preferred
*M&A; experience desirable.
*Candidate must have proven leadership skills, strong written/oral communication skills -including public speaking.
*STRONG spreadsheet experience.
*High energy, hands-on type, attention to detail and strong work ethic are required.
*Must also have experience managing multiple reports.
*Coordinate financial management reporting, forecasting, planning, and annual audit.
