Dear interested candidates. I have a tremendous opportunity for a Group Leader in my clients DNA MicroArray group. The position is located in Pennsylvania. Here is the job description:

Group Leader - DNA Microarray Development Laboratory

Description:
Position is to lead a group of 10-15 scientists and engineers on a market toxicogenomic project. Will involve strong interaction with domestic and international management and research groups. Will also require the seeking of state and federal funding and the build-up and support of a new business within an established multinational company.

Qualifications:
PhD in Molecular Biology, Surface Chemistry, Molecular Toxicology or related field combined with minimum of 3 - 5 years microarray experience. Must be mobile domestically or internationally for future career opportunities. Experience in the following products or processes is a plus
?Products for Drug Discovery
?Patent Filings and Research
?Experience in obtaining research funding.
?DNA Microarraying via pin or ink jet printing
?High throughput handling systems/robotics
?Automated hybridization equipment
?Protein/DNA purification labeling, handling
?In vitro and in vivo toxicology testing
?Preclinical and clinical testing
