Director-Process Development
Must have PhD in Cell Biology to be considered
Will work in cell therapy products
must have gmp background, some manufacturing and should be process oriented.
1.Supervise GMP cell processing facility and clinical cell processing laboratory
2.Develop and revise SOP and test methods for manufacturing and clinical processing
3.Summarize and analyze clinical cell manufacturing results to detect trends
4.Supervise routine aseptic cell processing for clinical treatment
5.Develop and process cell based products
6.Perform stem cell assays, including flow cytometry, progenitor cell assays (CFU-GM, BFUe, and long term cultures)
7.Design and executed studies to define flow cytometric phenotypes of primitive and committed hematopoietic stem cells
8.Design and executed studies to evaluate stem cells
9.Developed large scale procedures
10.Design and perform clinical scale studiesfor stem cells
11.Provide technical support to clinical trials
12.Supervise clinical marrow/stem cell processing laboratory
13.Establish cGMP procedures for clinical processing and GLP
14.Supervise cGMP manufacturing
