Scientist Lead ProfilingWork as part of the team to contribute in day to day operations of the department:
搆erform the screening assays (1 to 3) on weekly basis, once or twice a week,
搆rocess, inspect (QC check) and analyze the data, single point or mostly 10 point CRC studies,
搞esign and perform assay development/validation experiments for new assays.
Skills Required
廉ood/ fair knowledge of enzymology, receptor biology, (ADMET (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Elimination, Toxicology) would be plus),
廈TS enzyme/ receptor/cell based assays design/ development and implementation,
幌xperience, better expertise, with automated liquid handling instruments/systems (CyBio, PlateMate plus, Tecan),
幌xperience in data processing and IC50 data analysis, Excel proficiency
Educational Requirements
MS/BS in biochemistry, cell biology,
3-5 + years of industry experience
