High Throughput Screening and Liquid Handling [Job Code 154]The researchers involved in this project will utilize liquid handling devices to conduct high throughput screening with fluorescence resonance energy transfer and europium-based enzyme assays to identify molecules with inhibitory activity. Selected samples will then be characterized for potency and specificity in numerous biochemical and cell-based assays.
Experience in high throughput screening, use of liquid handling workstations, commercial HTS software programs is required. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years industrial experience in these areas and a B.S./M.S. degree or equivalent.
