To manage and operate a high-throughput screening facility in an academic laboratory setting. The facility is expanding and presently consists of several liquid handlers (including Beckman FX), robotics (Hudson Plate Crane), plate readers, washers and tissue culture set up. Assays include both cell-based and in vitro assays.Experience in high-throughput screening/lab automation, including liquid handlers, robotics, compound library storage and data handling is desirable.
Experience in molecular biology, cell biology or chemistry desirable.
B.Sc, M.Sc or Ph.D. degrees required
Interact with laboratory researchers, including post-docs, graduate students and research technicians.
Participate in ongoing research projects in the laboratory.
