Senior Scientist, Assays and Automation

You will develop and implement biochemical and cellular assays for therapeutic antibody lead isolation and optimisation programmes. You will manage others in this area and, additionally, lead a small automation group to deliver solutions across drug discovery. Your input will have a major impact on the future implementation of automation across a range of applications.

A highly credible professional, you will have at least four years?experience of the development and implementation of high-throughput assays, preferably gained in an industrial environment. You must also have demonstrable experience of the application of robotic and software solutions to the Drug Discovery process. Your innovative and pragmatic approach will be complimented by proven leadership ability.
