RTS Life Science is a global leader in automated pharmaceutical systems. The company works with blue chip clients to assist their pharmaceutical research, genomics, proteomics and drug discovery programs.

RTS Life Science is currently looking to recruit a Support Engineer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and support of RTS's current installed base of integrated HTS and automated storage solutions. In addition to carrying out routine preventative maintenance calls and problem resolution, the successful candidate will be involved in system acceptance testing and installation. Candidates will have:

 An Associate Degree/Technical or Full Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
 The ability to communicate effectively and establish sound relationships with team members and customers face-to-face, by phone or via e-mail.
 Knowledge of PC, Windows and NT set-up procedures.
 An understanding of mechanical/electrical drawings.
 Proven problem-solving skills.
 Experience in working with integrated solutions in a biotech and pharmaceutical arena. Experience of St酳bli, Adept and Gel robots is preferred.
Although based in our San Francisco office, a large proportion of time will be field based. The candidate must have, a full current driver's licence & passport and be willing to work across the US and abroad for periods of time.
