You will be 100% dedicated and assigned to a specific customer site in Ventura County and will work on a daily basis supporting the on-site end users/customers of a well-known, rapidly growing provider of automated liquid handling systems.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a customer-service mentality who has at least 5 years of experience working with complex liquid handling or biological assay instrumentation and equipment systems in a life-sciences environment.
- Five or more years of of liquid handling technical/applications support experience in a life science environment.
- Four year degree in life sciences, computer science or engineering.
- Previous experience in protocol development, authoring,troubleshooting and testing in a documented quality system environment.
- Previous project management and training skills will be an advantage.
- Experience programming robotic and laboratory automation equipment in software languages such as MFC, Active X, C++ would be a great advantage.
