In this position you will support drug discovery efforts by providing high throughput screening support including, but not limited to the following:
?Perform automated high throughput screening assays that support drug discovery programs.
?Perform assay optimization, primary high throughput screening, hit profiling assays, and focused screens.
?Operate custom-integrated automation systems, prepare assay reagents, and execute assay
Required
?BS/BA/MS degree in the life sciences or physical sciences with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company.
?Specific experience with high throughput screening and assay development required.
?Solid understanding of modern high throughput screening assay technologies, experience using laboratory automation equipment required
?Excellent computer skills with experience in data analysis are necessary.
?Must be detail oriented, well organized, and have strong communication skills.
?Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment are essential.
