We are recruiting an Associate VS Technician interested in joining a winning team who are dedicated to extending and enhancing human life while working to build the best clinical pharmacology program in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of tasks related to the care, use and maintenance of laboratory animals. Tasks must be performed 7 days per week therefore, individual must share overtime work. Provides food, water and various enrichment opportunities for a variety of laboratory animal species. Provides clean caging and maintains suitable environmental quarters for all laboratory animals. Operates and maintains cage and rack washing equipment. Observes all laboratory animals assigned to his or her areas of care for appropriate behavior and general health. Reports all unusual observations to veterinary care personnel and to supervisors. Performs light maintenance, such as straightening bent parts on equipment, assists staff with more specific or major maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements:
High School Graduate or GED. 0 to 1 year experience working with animals. Able to follow oral and written directions.
