Location: New Castle, DE Responsibilities include: provide telephone technical support to customers and field sales/service personnel. Troubleshooting and follow-up of service and application issues relating to all Xiril products. Requirements include: technical background in the life sciences, laboratory experience with analytical and/or liquid handling instruments. Computer hardware and software skills needed. Self-motivated, dynamic individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
