Neurogen Corporation has an immediate opening for a Research Associate in our automated synthesis group. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join a team of scientists driven to advance drug discovery via automated synthesis and purification.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to synthesis of compound libraries using advanced laboratory robotics in addition to preparation of novel synthesis building blocks.Qualifications- B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry, 3 -5 years of pertinent industrial experience with a strong background in organic chemistry and automated synthesis. The successful candidate should be familiar with modern analytical and purification techniques and possess good organizational and interpersonal skills.
