Shimadzu Biotech is currently searching for a Field Service Engineer to be based out of our corporate offices in Columbia, Maryland.The individual in this position is responsible for a wide variety of service related support functions including, but not limited to, the repair, maintenance, and installation of assigned Biotech products. Additionally, responsibilities include the training and support of field and less experienced personnel, as well as, other related duties that may be assigned from time to time. Primary support will be for all Kratos products sold in the US and related support preparative BIOTECH (MALDI, TOF, Traps and LCMS-IT-TOF)products. May include support of LC ESI-TOF as sales market develops.
This position does include 50/60% travel nationwide and internationally to Japan and the UK.
