Job Description

The qualified bioanalytical scientist will support antibody
therapeutics development. Essential responsibilities include
preclinical and clinical sample and data management, in-study assay
validation, preclinical and clinical sample testing to support drug
metabolism/pharmacokinetics (DMPK) analysis and immunogenicity
assessment. The candidate will be a leader for assay automation
integration to expand our bioanalytical capacity for phase III
clinical testing. Works with the team to troubleshoot and solve assay
problems as necessary. Experience in assay development and validation
(such as ELISA, DELFIA, receptor binding, multiplexing and cell-based
bioassays) in a GMP/GLP ?regulated environment and familiarity with
antibody characterization are required. Hands on experience in assay
automation and skills in clinical sample/data management are highly
preferred. Knowledge of GMP/GLP compliance and biostatistics are
desired.
