Job Duties:
Collaborate with various departments on the design, testing, documentation and implementation of new robotic processes in a clinical laboratory. Maintain and upgrade when necessary the existing suite of robotic applications. Specify preventative maintenance programs for robotic equipment. Monitor and evaluate process flow in the lab to eliminate bottlenecks and increase production. Have the ability to work independently. Be proactive in identifying and proposing solutions to bottlenecks and problems in the laboratory processes. M.S. in an engineering discipline (Mechanical preferred), or a B.S. with 2+ years of experience.
Minimum Requirements:
感roficient in the Microsoft Office suite of computer programs.
幌xperience with object oriented programming (Visual Basic preferred).
幌xperience with fluid handling robotic equipment.
嫂bility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
廉ood interpersonal and communication skills. Goal oriented and results driven.
Preferred Skills:
幌xperience with databases and the SQL database query language
幌xperience with CAD Software
