REMP is a fast-growing, technologically advanced developer and manufacturer of robotics and automation utilized within Research and Development organizations of the world leading pharmaceutical, bio-pharm, genomics, biotech and agricultural firms. Our products include solutions for compound storage and retrieval, environmental conditioning and control, 96 and 384 well sample cherry-picking, tube capping, thermal plate sealing, piercing, plate replication/reformatting, automated powder dosing, vial weighing and consumables.

Duties
1.Troubleshoot and diagnose all REMP products (software, electrical, mechanical, & HVAC).
2.Provide direct on-site service (maintenance and repair), factory depot service, email/telephone technical support, and on-going customer product training for current US installed base (hardware and software).
3.Execute new product installations (workstations and systems) and initial customer product training.
4.Be a member of the REMP ?4 x 7?customer support team.
5.On site support and integration of electrical, mechanical and software upgrades.

Position Requirements
1.Must be currently located within a 1-hour car drive of Holliston, Massachusetts.
2.On an ongoing basis, the ability for overnight travel being ~40% of the time within the US (including occasional travel to Switzerland for product training).
3.Team oriented, but also capable of working independently.
4.5-7 years ands-on?electrical, mechanical and refrigeration capital equipment field service and technical support.
5.Associates or Bachelor degree in Engineering preferred.
6.Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
7.Microsoft Office.

Employee Compensation
1.$50,000 - $60,000 per year
2.An annual performance review in the December ?January timeframe of each year.
