At BioNumerik Pharmaceuticals, our mission is to discover and develop innovative new drugs that provide substantial benefits to cancer patients by curing or controlling their disease, and improve patients' quality of life by preventing or reducing common and serious treatment associated toxicities. BioNumerik offers a technologically innovative and intellectually stimulating team oriented work environment as well as excellent opportunity for professional growth and competitive salary and benefits.

We are looking for a highly motivated scientist with excellent interpersonal skills and scientific initiative. The candidate should be highly skilled in a range of mammalian tissue culture methodologies and cytotoxicity methods. This position requires a scientist who is highly skilled at conceiving, organizing, trouble-shooting and implementing approaches that will involve coordinating the efforts of several scientists working in the area of cytotoxicity screening. The successful candidate must be well organized and have excellent record-keeping abilities. Our goal is to transform our current cytotoxicity effort, which is productive but small in size, into a more productive, well-coordinated, medium-sized cytotoxicity effort. General experience in other areas such as biomolecular or high content screening would be a plus. Expertise in the areas of GLP, oncology, robotics and/or automation as applied to increase assay throughput would also be helpful. Applicants should have a Ph.D. and 3 or more years postdoctoral training. Send C.V. and cover letter to Human Resources at BioNumerik Pharmaceuticals, Inc., 8122 Datapoint Drive, suite 1250, San Antonio, TX 78229 or submit information to [email protected]
