The Judge Group, a leader in IT staffing is looking for a Software developer with systems integration experience in a scientific laboratory environment, also having experience in developing solutions in the laboratory automation and robotics integration arena, preferably out of a clinical or pharmaceutical company.
Looking for someone with experience ?
In 2 or more of the following areas: robotics; scientific instrument integration, scheduling and control; liquid handling systems and application development; and scientific data capture, quality control and analysis.
Effective organizational skills - Effective written and oral communication skills - Lead and work on teams to execute the definition, design, development, and deployment of products and services related to laboratory automation and scientific data integration in Laboratories. Working with end users, and on occasion deployed to a customer lab, this individual, working alone or in small teams with clients employees, will organize and execute laboratory automation and data integration projects, defining and assisting in the prioritization of features, also will perform build/buy analyses, make recommendations on best approach, and coordinate instrumentation specification, set-up and integration. Design and implement automation efforts in accordance with client and Research Information Services system life cycle (SLC) standards for lab systems and 4) deploy product and services with required documentation and training support. Day-to- day operational support of production systems and problem trouble-shooting and diagnosis are also required.

The position is a one year contract, located in North Wales, PA. The rate is to be determined upon experience.
