Technical Sales Consultant ?IN, MI, OH, KY, WV and Western PAGilson, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Consultant. This individual will be based out of the Indianapolis, Indiana area. The territory for this position includes Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for the sale of analytical laboratory instrumentation and software products to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets. This includes sales to existing customers and development of new accounts. This individual will also perform equipment demonstrations for potential customers.
Requirements:
?B. S. in Chemistry, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Science.
?A minimum 3 years of industry related sales experience.
?Training in laboratory sciences and/or life sciences.
Additional skills/experience desired:
?Experience in selling capitol equipment.
?Training or experience in laboratory/research instrumentation use.
?Training in analytical chemistry.
