Database Administrator/Architect

TransForm Pharmaceuticals, Inc., is currently looking for an experienced database administrator/architect with experience in Oracle and SQL-Server. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of new tools for high-throughput experimentation in the pharmaceuticals industry.

Responsibilities:
ork with developers to design database architecture for new systems, including influencing the choice of database vendor and support tools.
aintain existing Oracle databases.

Qualifications:
S degree or equivalent in computer science or electrical engineering.
?+ years?experience with Oracle.
racle DBA certified.
ust be self motivated, team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
xperience administering Oracle (8i/9i/10g) databases, including configuration and tuning.
xperience designing complex database schemas for both OLTP and OLAP systems.
xperience with SQL tuning.
xperience administering SQL-Server databases, data replication and with Unix systems admistration considered a strong plus.
