This is a Boston area based position providing technical support/applications assistance for an automated blood collection device sold to the pharma. industry. The Product Specialist will handle customer calls (in-house) and travel with field sales to assist with product demo's, installs, and technical support. Travel is estimated to be around 20%. An MS or above in the life sciences is preferred - or a BS with several years "hands-on" lab experience. Communication skills are essential. Base salary is up to 70k with an IC of 10%.
