TransForm Pharmaceuticals, Inc., is currently looking for a highly motivated individual with industry or academic laboratory experience to support product development efforts. The successful candidate will conduct high throughput crystallization and formulation (oral & transdermal) experiments, and develop, validate, automate and maintain high throughput experimental processes and systems. This is an exciting opportunity to gain significant experience in chemistry and high throughput experimentation.Responsibilities:
?Conduct high throughput crystallization and formulation experiments
?Set up and program laboratory automation
?Assist in the development and performance optimization of high throughput experiments
?Adapt conventional experiments into high throughput formats
?Maintain chemical inventory and sample tracking utilizing in-house inventory and registration processes
?Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration/validation of instrumentation
Qualifications:
?BS degree or equivalent in biology, chemistry, or engineering
?1 year of lab experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
?Prior high throughput experimentation or combinatorial chemistry experience is a plus
?Experience with Tecan Genesis and Cartesian liquid handling systems and integrated robotic systems is a plus
?Must be self motivated, team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
