Senior Staff ScientistWe are seeking a highly talented and motivated scientist with extensive experience in pharmaceutical development to join our Discovery Tools Chemistry group. The selected individual will work hands-on to lead the development of next generation pharmaceutical workflows from the concept state to the production of a refined tool. In addition, the successful candidate is expected to provide in-depth domain expertise and be able to work with the sales and marketing teams to identify customers and new strategic markets. This position requires a Ph.D. in a relevant field. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience and experience with automation is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a desire to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
