Research Associate ?Automation Specialist ?Robotics Lab
Req. I.D. 10143BR

This entry-level position is responsible for processing compounds in support of Discovery Research. The selected candidate will learn our custom inventory management software in order to fill and track requests for therapy area and high throughput screening assays. Compound processing includes preparation of solid samples for therapy area assays, preparation of solution samples for both therapy area and high throughput assays, preparation of purchased compounds, and preparation of project compounds for our discovery efforts.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Life Sciences, or equivalent, along with at least 1 year of laboratory experience. Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures for sample preparation is required, and experience using laboratory liquid handling robotic equipment, analytical balances, and database management systems is preferred. Candidates must be willing to work at both the Summit and Kenilworth locations as we transition compound management from Kenilworth to Summit.
