弒nstall, qualify, troubleshoot, and maintain liquid handling and detection systems, ensuring performance specifications are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
愁rack various forms of data (service reports, troubleshooting knowledge base, and customer feedback) into customer relationship management (CRM) system.
感rovide feedback and support of Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales/Marketing functions to ensure customer expectations are continually exceeded.
Successful Candidate will have:
嫂ssociates or Technical degree in Life Science or Electronics field, and 2-3 years of related experience supporting analytical or liquid handling laboratory instrumentation.
惹trong organization skills, be a self-starter, and be able to effectively communicate and work across multiple functions, both internally and with customers.
愁he ability and willingness to short-notice travel, both domestic and international.
