Job Description:
This individual will contribute to the success of the team by; providing validation expertise and support of cGMP manufacturing operations, provide project management for capital projects in the cGMP manufacturing environment, develop and execute IQ/OQ/PQ documents for indirect impact facility and building support systems (HVAC, plant utilities), develop and execute IQ/OQ/PQ for direct impact manufacturing equipment, establish and maintain engineering documentation systems, including master equipment files and equipment identification complaints with FDA requirements, establish and administer the calibration/metrology program for pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory instrumentation, project management of manufacturing equipment installations and development of system documentation and SOP to meet cGMP requirements, development of operation and maintenance systems and procedure to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, commensurate with experience, skills, and training.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 10 or more years technical or project support in GMP environment, four year technical degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent, problem solving and analytical skills, experience in AUTO-CAD design programs, good interpersonal skills, ability to effectively interact with individuals with diverse educational, professional, and cultural backgrounds, competency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Blue Mountain Calibration Manager.
