We are currently in search of a Staff Systems Engineer for our Indianapolis facility.Our Systems Engineer will assist with collecting, interpreting and documenting system requirements. In addition, they will be responsible for the development of conceptual system architecture based on product requirements; creation and implementation of verification and validation plans for subsystem and system design; and lead or participate in component, subsystem, and system feasibility.
Qualified individuals must possess a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent; and have 10+ years of experience in a technical lead role. Must have a background in systems design and automation. Knowledge in biomedical research, robotics or liquid handling is preferred. Attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment is key.
