KAPSCI Our client, a GPCR target based drug discovery company, that utilizes an innovative technology platform integrating 3D GPCR receptor models from genomic sequences, medicinal chemistry, assay development/screening and pharmacology for the rapid discovery and development of drugs with blockbuster potential has the following newly created role available in their Boston facility.

PRINCIPAL SCIENTIST
ASSAY DEVELOPMENT/SCREENING

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Drug Discovery, this hands-on role will be responsible for GPCR assay development, screening and functional characterization of pre-clinical candidates including supervising others. You must have a Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Pharmacology or a related discipline along with 5 or more years GPCR assay development and screening experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry. You must be familiar with current read-out systems along with proficiency with automation.
