Robotic Procedure Continued...

• Data is appropriately recorded through the interface.
• After reading the pH the the robot will centrifuge the solution and using a cannula withdraw a 50 microliter aliquot. Then dispense it to a 16x100 tube add two mL of solvent, vortex and store in covered rack.
• This will continue for either 24 or 48 hours. Toward the end of this time period the robot will start online HPLC injection of the stored diluted samples.
