The Fourth Annual Vendor's Night

Exhibitors will be able to set up as early as 12:00 P.M. Each vendor will have a 6’x3’ table. Tables will have a white table covering which may be replaced by your own. Multiple table spaces may be purchased if additional room is required. Exhibitors may bring their own booths if desired and the space used over 6' will be pro-rated. Please make arrangements for booths and additional tables beforehand.

Equipment may be shipped to the exhibition site one day in advance of the show.  The boxes must be marked "Laboratory Robotics Interest Group Vendors Show" and "Lina Llona".  Audio visual equipment may be rented through the country club.  Call Lina Llona at (732)521-0070 for information.

Please bring power strips and extension cords.

Presentations will be featured in a separate hall during the exhibition. To be considered for a presentation slot, please send us an abstract. The presentations at this meeting are an excellent opportunity for your company to showcase new technologies.

All exhibitors receive a list of registered attendees.  Average attendance for our last three meetings is over 250 attendees each. Vendors Night is traditionally our most well attended meeting.  If any exhibitors plan on having a business card drawing, we can advertise it in our web site and mailings.

If you want to exhibit, you must REGISTER as a participant, not just send your check in.  When you are sure that you will exhibit, let us know in advance.
