Dear ACS or LRIG Member,
We would like to invite you to exhibit at the 125th Anniversary of the American
Chemical Society. The event is free to attendees, but there is a charge to
exhibit.
This is a tiered exhibit opportunity. There is space for 25 exhibitors from
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at a cost of $800, then space for 25 exhibitors from 3:00
PM to 7:00 PM at a cost of $600. The tables are 6 feet long and there is
limited electrical hookup available at an additional cost.
The earlier 11:00 AM time slot is for setup availability. Attendees should
start arriving about 12:00 noon, but 12:30 PM for sure, since the seminar
begins at 1:00 PM. This early time gives the early time slot the early
start and the first break which the others won't have and prime location
in the heavier traffic patterns The other demo room is a cafeteria area
not available until 3:00 PM. We will probably start attendee registration
earlier than 12:30 PM, and will announce this in future updates.

your desired time slot and whether or not you need electricity.
Attendee Registration is separate from Exhibitor Registration.
Registered exhibitors must also register as attendees.
