SouthEast LRIG Vendor Show Announcement

Greetings!

The next meeting of the SouthEast Chapter of the Laboratory Robotics Interest Group (LRIG) is set for Friday, February 4, 2000 from 12 noon to 6 p.m. at the Sheraton Imperial in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. The meeting will consist of a vendor show and vendor presentations.

Shipping Information?
Packages of exhibit materials under 100 pounds can be shipped to the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 no earlier than Feb.1. To ensure proper identification of materials, boxes must be labeled "LRIG-South East Vendor Show; Rachael van Doren; Feb.4, 2000." LRIG-SE will pay the $5.00/ box fee for up to 4 boxes per vendor. The Sheraton will not accept individual boxes or crates in excess of 100 pounds. These may be shipped to Southern Exhibition Services, 2101 Tobacco Road, Durham, NC 27704 (919) 687-4970. They charge $0.42/pound to handle boxes, minimum weight of 20 pounds. Please label the outside of these boxes/crates "LRIG-South East Vendor Show; Sheraton Imperial, RTP; Feb.4, 2000."

Equipment Power Requirements?
Please complete and either fax or email this document. LRIG-SE will provide one (1) 110 Volt (20Amp) outlet per booth. Vendors may bring multi-outlet strips. Vendors will be charged for additional power requirements. Please let us know if you need the one outlet or not.Equipment Power Requirements?

How can vendors contribute to the February Meeting?
