My process differs from injection molding as I can also do undercut molding I charge a small tooling fee for small simple items with an order of 300 or more or if you want just one or two models there is a small tooling fee around $200.00 for small items. You send me a model ready for molding, and I send you the cast model in plastic for your approval. An average casting will cost approx. $10.00 each. You have the advantage of changing designs often and eliminating that expensive injection molding fee. As a retired engineer I enjoy assisting inventors in accomplishing their goals.
