Emergency Stop

I've found that some of the robotic devices don't have a hardy emergency power down mechanism. I'm looking to mount a big red E-stop between a device's power cable and the 110v/20A wall outlet. I want something a little better than a power strip. I'm sure that it would be easy enough to make but, I'd rather buy. I know I can't be the first with this need. Anybody know where I can something like this?
