Abstract:
Laboratory automation systems are substantial investments with complex components and software. When initiating a lab automation purchase the customer should have a clear goal of what types of workflows the system shall support. Before taking delivery of any such system creating and executing a test plan are critical steps for success. This session will present an introduction on how to create a test plan series of documents, negotiate these tests into the contract with the vendor and provide advice on how best to execute these tests.
