The table fee must be received by December 2nd or your reservation will be cancelled.

Exhibitors will be able to set up as early as 12:00 P.M. Each vendor will have a 6’x2.5’ table in a 10' wide space. Tables will have a table covering which may be replaced by your own.

The LRIG will provide a single electrical outlet for each table that requires power.  It is the exhibitor's responsibility to bring extension cords and outlet strips to supply any additional needs.
