Registration:
Registration is open. You must be registered and
be confirmed to be an exhibitor. Please do not just send a check without
confirmation. Registration and confirmation are done through:

Payment:
Multiple booth spaces may
be purchased. The booth fee for this exhibition is $515.00.
There is a 3% discount when paying by check or money order. The check
or money order in the amount of $500.00 for each booth should be made payable

Prize Drawings:
There will be several
drawings from the registration list. Any prize contributions gratefully
accepted. This is a great way for your company to gain visibility. Donated prizes will be listed on the web site
and at the registration table with the
donor's information. We have an on-line registration service at
<http://lab-robotics.org/member/meetings.asp?rid=1>.
You must register on-line to win the door prizes!
Refund Policy:
* Cancellation prior to December 22, full refund.
* Cancellation prior to two weeks before the meeting (December 30), 50% refund.
* No refunds after that unless we have a paid vendor who wants to take the
booth, then 25% refund.
Attendee List:
Name and address of attendees will
be provided to exhibitors in electronic format.
Booth Assignments:
Exhibit spaces are assigned by the LRIG committee. Booth assignments
are made in the order of when
payment is received. This means that the better locations will go to
exhibitors who send payment early.
Set Up:
Exhibitors will be able to set up as early as 11:00 AM.
Booth Specifications:
6' Table with covering.
Electrical:
We will provide a single 115 volt, 20 amp electrical outlet for
each table. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to bring
extension cords and outlet strips to supply any additional needs. 208
volt outlets may be arranged for at an additional cost. A phone line
at your table may also be purchased. Contact
for any
special arrangements beyond the provided single 115 volt electrical outlet.
Freight Elevator:
No elevator - exhibit area is on ground floor.
Audio visual equipment:
Audio visual equipment may be rented
through the hotel. Call the hotel A/V office:
